Starting to do local anodizing

Well first things first I've got about 5 years of anodizing experience with my own equipment and countless hours of research and development. It seems that every time I went to TXR to test one of my guns I would get a few people that want their guns anodized, but I always had to turn them down because my setup wasn't up to it. Well I've built a new setup and am almost ready to take work. So if your interested let me know.

My prices are NOT locked down yet. Like I said before 10 -12 per part depending on part count, This means if you have a full gun you are in this bracket. This does not include polishing, bead blasting, any effects like splashes or fades. This is JUST single color, strip, prep, anodize, and dye. Sorry if that was confusing guys, If you have one of only a few pieces there is no way I am doing those for 10-12 dollars. I'm not spray painting in my garage, this is a very complex and time consuming process.

Please keep in mind that every thing is susceptible to change until I get some work under my belt which will give me solid pricing options.

I'm not quite sure you what you mean about a warranty BHPitts. If I screw up a gun and can't fix it well ill have to pay for it. I'm a stand up guy and not in the business of screwing people over.

Where r u located? Also on the warranty question I know it's not like paint where it flakes off but what if it has a spot that fades out or discolors? (within a reasonable time frame). Will you re do it? Can you do any color or do you have a list of colors available?

I have a limited amount of dyes, but I can order just about anything you want.

The colors I have that work good are

Blue 4a, Yellow, Orange, deep red, Dark grey, green, and black ( black kinda iffy but ill be buying a new batch if I cant fix this one)

I also have turquoise and teal, The turquoise works most of the time and the teal I havn't been able to get working right at all. That blue pump is teal, It had trouble dyeing, but I think I saved it with a acidwash.

All the problems I've had with these dyes are purely atheistic and don't apply to the integrity of the anodizing layer after sealing.

I have never had issues with dye bleeding, but some things that will bleed the dye are heat, excessive sunlight, some chemicals. To answer your question yes I will work with you if you are having any issues with my work, and if it comes to It I will redo it.
